pjoko's Terms and Conditions

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits through third parties are not accepted and may result in account closure.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met.
• pjoko aims to process withdrawals within 1 hour using best efforts. In some cases, delays may occur due to KYC verification.
• For unusual or suspicious transactions, pjoko reserves the right to hold a withdrawal until an investigation is complete.

pjoko offers its members various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions that must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000.
• To withdraw this bonus, you must wager 10 times (10x) the bonus amount.
• The welcome bonus can only be received once per account.
• The minimum deposit to receive the bonus is ৳200.

5.2 VIP Cashback Program

pjoko operates a three-tier VIP program:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.5%.

You can be promoted to a higher VIP tier through regular play. pjoko reserves the right to change VIP benefits.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Abusing bonuses by using multiple accounts or devices is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; wagering requirements must be met first.

• If bonus abuse is found, the account may be closed and funds forfeited.
